AV-POLAND 2025. Autonomous future of road transport
The Motor Transport Institute is organizing the 4th Conference "Autonomous Future of Road Transport. AV-POLAND 2025 – FEEL THE FUTURE, FEEL THE AUTOMATION", which will take place on June 12, 2025, at the Institute's headquarters at 80 Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw.
The event is dedicated to a wide spectrum of challenges related to the automation of road transport and is aimed at entrepreneurs, business representatives, local government authorities, and scientific institutions.
The conference aims to address the issues of transport automation, including the development of technological solutions for autonomous vehicles, their implementation, and raising public awareness about the safe and efficient use of CAD (Connected Automated Driving).
AV-POLAND 2025 is an opportunity to explore the latest technologies in vehicle automation. The program includes plenary sessions, dynamic demonstrations allowing participants to test cutting-edge technologies, and a dedicated exhibition zone. A key highlight will be a panel discussion featuring representatives from academia, administration, and business, focusing on standardization, regulatory challenges, and legislative issues in the field of road transport automation in Poland.
The event has an international character and will be conducted in two language versions (Polish and English) with simultaneous translation. AV-POLAND 2025 is an excellent opportunity to establish valuable connections during networking sessions with representatives of the largest development laboratories in the country and to showcase the most important initiatives of Polish technology companies. Previous editions of the AV-POLAND conference have garnered significant interest and contributed to the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of innovative solutions in the automotive industry. The last edition was supported by over 20 partners.
AV-POLAND 2025 is also an opportunity to explore the advanced technical facilities of the Center for Competence in Autonomous and Connected Vehicles (CK:PAP ), which enables, among other things, research on drivers, vehicles, and infrastructure – through the Driving Simulators Laboratory – as well as other laboratories implementing and testing innovative solutions in the field of self-driving vehicles. The conference will also present the results of European Commission research projects that will influence technological and legal developments in road transport.
