SiMR and ITS strengthen their cooperation

The Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Motor Transport Institute intend to strengthen cooperation in the field of research, development and implementation works on the road transport, with particular emphasis on low- and zero-emission means of individual and urban transport, transport autonomy, modern renewable fuel technologies and transportation safety. 

The agreement on this matter was signed on February 28, 2023 by the Dean of the Faculty of SiMR WUT, prof. Piotr Przybyłowicz, Ph.D., D.Sc. and the Director of ITS, prof. Marcin Ślęzak, Ph.D., D.Sc..

The parties to the Agreement also plan joint activities related to the organization of post-graduate studies, training courses and scientific seminars.

The agreement also envisages joint organization of diploma internships for students of the SiMR Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and conducting experimental research by doctoral students at the Institute's laboratories.

The signing of the Agreement extends the long-lasting cooperation between the Faculty and the Institute, while creating conditions for the intensification of activities in new areas.
