Impact mobility rEVolution'18 (IMR'18) is an international congress devoted to the future of intelligent mobility. The event took place on 12-13 September this year at the International Congress Centre in Katowice.

The participants included representatives of the government and self-government authorities, the world of science, the automotive industry and urban transport companies, start-ups representatives and companies interested in financing innovations.

Among the experts of the congress there were also representatives of the Motor Transport Institute. Marcin Ślęzak, Assoc. Prof. PhD, Eng., director of ITS, was a moderator of the discussion devoted to autonomous vehicles in Poland. Representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Science, the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways, the Polish Automotive Industry Association as well as the Mayor of Jaworzno and vehicle manufacturer, participated in it. In turn, Michał Niezgoda, PhD, took part in a discussion panel on the development of road transport automation and the related consequences.

The Motor Transport Institute was a substantive partner of the Impact mobility rEVolution'18 congress.
